Abstract

U radu su opisani uspesi koje je Izrael postigao u toku proteklih pet godina: u prihvatanju stotina hiljada novih useljenika, u postavljanju osnova za novu ekonomiju i njeno proširenje u oblasti industrije, poljoprivrede i trgovine, u kultivisanju neobradivog zemljišta i razvijanju prirodnih bogatstava zemlje, u organizaciji državnog aparata sa širokom mrežom javnih službi, u stvaranju armije, vazduhoplovstva i mornarice - sve to u jednom stalnom naporu da se objedine i združe jevrejski imigranti iz raznih zemalja u jednu naciju i zajednicu iste kulture…

The paper describes the success which Israel has made over the past five years: in accepting hundreds of thousands of new immigrants, in laying the groundwork for a new economy and expanding it in the fields of industry, agriculture and trade, in cultivating non-arable land and developing the country's natural resources, in organizing a state apparatus with a wide network of public services, in the creation of an army, air force and navy - all in one continuous effort to unite Jewish immigrants from different countries into one nation and community of the same culture.
