Abstract
Na simpoziju u mariborskoj sinagogi, organiziranom uz "Dan sjećanja na Holokaust- Aušvic", predstavljena su preliminarna istraživanja o, u Hrvatskoj vrlo poznatom dr. Maksi Grosmanu, koji je bio pionir interne medicine i kardiologije, te prvi direktor "Sanatorija Merkur" u Zagrebu. Nacisti su ga poslali u Aušvic, a nakon oslobođenja od strane Crvene armije, vratio se u Zagreb, u sanatorij, ali je nakon nekoliko godina stradao od posljedica patnje u logoru.
At the symposium in the Maribor synagogue, organized on the occasion of "Holocaust Remembrance Day - Auschwitz", preliminary research on Dr. Maxo Grossmann, very well known in Croatia, who was a pioneer of internal medicine and cardiology, and the first director of "Sanatorium Mercur" in Zagreb, was presented. . The Nazis sent him to Auschwitz, and after the liberation by the Red Army, he returned to Zagreb, to a sanatorium, but after a few years he died as a result of suffering in the camp.
