Ministarske naredbe

Abstract

Redakcija Jevrejskog almanaha odlučila je da o objavljuje najvažnije naredbe Ministarstava vera Kraljevine SHS koje su se dostavljale Savezu jevrejskih veroispovednih opština u Beogradu. U četvrtom godištu objavljena je naredba Opšteg odeljenja V, br. 17701 od 12. januara 1927. godine koja se odnosi na slučaj da je jedan matričar izdao matrikularne (lične) dokumente na mađarskom jeziku. Zbog toga se izdaje naređenje da se svi izvodi iz matrikula (matičnih knjiga) moraju izdavati isključivo na državnom jeziku.

The editorial board of the Jewish Almanac has decided to publish the most important orders of the Ministries of Religion of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes, which were delivered to the Federation of Jewish Religious Communities in Belgrade. In the third year, the order of the General Department V, no. 17701 of 12 January 1927, was published. The order refers to the case when a registry office issued personal documents in the Hungarian language. Therefore, an order is issued that all excerpts from the registers must be issued exclusively in the state language.
